Good location, nice apartment, friendly people … I've been living at Cornerstone Apartments almost 3 years now and I really like it. Walking distance to Pierce College, 24 hour gym, maintenance on property ... the office staff is friendly and really helpful. All I can say is the nicest place that you'll find close to campus.

Cornerstone Apartments is kept up very nicely. The apartments are freshly cleaned & painted before you move in. The gardeners are here weekly, the pool is cleaned frequently. They keep it really nice. The complex is relatively quiet. It’s a great place to live.

The Management is really friendly and efficient. I’ve never had to call on maintenance and the apartment complex well taken care of.
